I believe there are two major factors contributing to this. Firstly, I believe not enough golfers seek professional assistance with their golf swings. Secondly, the golf equipment that we are using is not suited correctly to our individual requirements. It is estimated that approximately 80% of golfers are using the wrong equipment in some form or another. Since being made aware of this, [and our goal at HPGC] of improving our customers golf game, I began the journey of learning more about club fitting. I have a lot more to learn but the thing I have learnt is that there is definitely a difference in golf equipment and if fitted correctly can make a huge difference in performance of your game. This is why we created the SWING TECHNOLOGY CENTRE. The Swing Technology Centre is home to some of the most sophisticated technology available to the golf industry. With the use of launch monitors and other analysis machines we are able to more accurately fit our customers with the right equipment. With a combination of this information and our knowledge of the golf swing we believe we are able to find you the correct equipment. I also feel it is important to TRY BEFORE YOU BUY because there is always that X factor with equipment so it is important to experience the performance of a golf club before you purchase. As I have learned education is the Key to understanding the effects of equipment on your game and every second month we have an FREE education evening on the importance of equipment and an insight into what is involved with club fitting. At the end of the day what we are all looking for in golf is lower scores and proper fitting of your golf equipment, is definitely worth looking into.

Approximately 80% of golfers are using the wrong equipment whether it be through incorrect shaft flex, shaft length, lie angle, grip size, head design, club weight etc. |
